The media could not be loaded. I’ve been combining this helmet for red light therapy with minoxidil and the iRestore biotin gummies for hair restoration. Overall the results are super promising. At first using the helmet caused some dryness and fragility in my hair (the instructions are clear that this happens). That phase passed quickly and now I’m starting to notice thicker and stronger hair come in.
