Healthy food for Brighter fish.
I bought this product because it seemed like "real food" and not just some files that meet the numbers. I'm pleasantly surprised. The fish were shy about it for a few days, but now they devour it. Their colors are also brighter. I wasn't too excited at first that my "black" clownfish started turning slightly orange again, but if it's healthier food and better for them, it's a good thing.

Good quality
Food is good but just like most flake foods it crushes easily which makes your water dirty, although could be a good thing for people who need more nutrients for their corals.

Fish likes it, but too much oil left after feeding
Fish likes to eat it but there a lot of oil in this thing so I had to clear out residual oil very often
