Nice sturdy material, hopefully will last well.Looks to be good quality.

I have gone through 2 other gazebo covers, as they do tend to tear over time with the windy weather we get in SoCal. This one seems sturdier than others I've bought. I also like the color - it's really more of a brown, rather than a Khaki. Yes, it is a bit of a pain to put it on, but it's worth it! Other covers I've seen for my Allen and Roth gazebo have cost quite a bit more - some over twice the price - but I'm very pleased with this!

This material is pretty thick - think medium duty canvas tarp, not quite heavy duty canvas. It fit my gazebo fine and repels water as expected. The seems are stitched straight and not big runs with missed stiches or anything like that. Recommended.

I had to get a replacement and was worried that it wouldn't match right asnd expose it wasnt the original, but I can now say that the replacement canopy looks exactly like the one that just got destroyed in a storm. In fact I forget that its a replacement most of the time,. `````````

This is a very nice Gazebo Cover. It is a bit of a process to set up, I will admit, but once you finally get it up, it is 100% worth the time and effort. It looks so good, and I love the durability and feel of this just as a cover itself. It is a really nice fit for your 10x12ft Gazebo that of course has the double vented roof like this one here.
