The Jury is Still Out
Tried the product for 3 reasons - 1) weight loss potential; 2) improved moods; and 3) good cholesterol maintenance.Definitely noticed that I was sleeping better and was able to better manage moods during the day. This was a huge bonus for me as I'm going through an extremely stressful time right now. Cannot comment on the cholesterol as that was not checked prior to or during the use of the product. Re: weight loss - some at the beginning, but nothing sustained. I think this was due in part to not regularly exercising combined with the stress.Even though I didn't lose weight, I did re-ordered the product because of the improved mood benefits. Was going to re-order it again, but they were out of stock with no ETA supplied.Some people have complained about excess gas production with Garcinia Cambogia. I never had an issue with it - but - I take the pills in the manner Dr. Oz recommends taking aspirin and similar products. Use at least 8 oz of water, drink half prior to taking pills, then swallow the pills down with the remainder.

I decided to try this product because I wanted to loose 15-20 lbs I went with 1 pill before breakfast an 2 an hour before dinner. I've lost 10lbs in 2 weeks not bad I did cut out all sweets and soda an cut my meals in half. In replace of the sweets I eat a fiber bar or protien bar the ones from the grocery store not the 100% gnc ones that have a wierd taste. Im going to continue using for the next 2 weeks taking 2 for breakfast an 2 for dinner no exercise beside work hope to loose another 10lbs. I would recomend this product but if you want to loose extra wieght cut out the sweets for a month not as easy as said but its well worth it

Helps curb appetite!
I read a few reviews about this supplement and saw that it does two things: 1) curb your appetite 2) inhibit fat production. I've been taking it for a little over 2 months now and I can say it does both for me. I take two capsules in the morning and that's it. I feel fuller when I eat smaller portions and my weight has stayed about the same or dropped a bit (I have horrible eating and exercise habits). I've been very happy with the brand so far too!

I started taking this product
faithfully, about 3 weeks ago. I'm watching what I eat. I put it in a drink every morning, along with some other vitamins and drink it as a smoothie with some All day energy green. You'd think I would see some difference by now but, nothing yet.

Works well
I started taking this product and I thought it was working well, but I got off of it after about 2 weeks because was having stomach issues(present before taking) and scheduled a colonoscopy so got off for a while will soon begin taking again since procedure was done but in the 2 weeks I had taken it it was really working for me can't wait to see how well it works again with no interruptions.

Upset because it didn't work
I used this product for 3 weeks straight, taking at least 1200 mgs a day and it only made me crave food more! When I realized it, it was too late! I gained 11 lbs and was miserable! I don't understand what I was doing wrong. I read all the reviews and thought it was a good product, but I guess not for me. As soon as I stopped taking it, my cravings stopped and I lost 3 lbs. What did I do that was different from other people using this product??

Didnt work for me
I did not see or feel any different with this med. The said it had no fillers and I read the label on the bottle and it has gelatin. Hope others have had better luck.
