The heat setting did seem daunting but I am told it has a nice warming sensation.Overall, it is a long-term investment into your skincare, given the price I think it is reasonable based on other similar products. My sis-in-law was the first person to tell me about these electric/light/vibrating/heat face massagers, and I was instantly intrigued. Honestly, I was a bit of a cynic when I started using it, but I have to say I have noticed a smoother, softer feel to my face and a fresher look to my skin. I initially used it without lotion/serum and the smooth surface of the device felt nice and gentle on my skin. It's a very ergonomic little gadget and fits nicely in your hand and glides beautifully over the skin. I've now graduated to anti-wrinkle moisturiser, which I apply before using the heated settings to help my skin better absorb the product.Take note, I did have to do a fair bit of online research as to how to use this gizmo as the instructions don't really go into details. Yes, it describes what each colour light is meant to target, but there's no advice for how long to use the massager for or what application techniques are best. I found the gua sha motions work best for me for anything between 5-10mins.This device charges well and lasts for a good many uses before needing to be juiced up again, and even if I'm not 100% sure that this massager is having multiple beneficial effects on my skin (including magically minimising my wrinkes), it really is a nice and relaxing routine to perform on yourself and it's kind of worth it just for that tbh. It's pretty fair value too if you catch it when a promo is active (it's currently £26.99 with 25% off and another 10% coupon available on top of that). It's worth a try, if you're curious like I was.
