I would recommend taking this product with food so that you are not burping the taste of garlic later. I have not experienced that with this product, but garlic supplements that do smell of garlic have a tendency to leave an after taste.Overall, product seems legit based on the smell test. These garlic supplements work! We usually order 1000mg odorless softgels but wanted a change, since they don’t work very well. After researching and finding allicin in garlic is the most important ingredient to look for, I decided to try these. Allicin is what gives garlic the pungent smell. These garlic supplements really do work better thanks to the 1% allicin. They are excellent quality. They have a strong garlic odor and taste but have not caused any garlic indigestion or tastes. I wish the bottle came with more than 30. I will probably look for an alternative that has more quantity, so I don’t have to order them monthly.

What I can say about these tablets is that there's no denying the garlic. The tablets have a strong garlic smell and taste. They also have a strong aftertaste. By the scent, I'd say these are fresh and potent.The serving size is 1 tablet making this a 30 day supply. The supplement facts and ingredients are printed in a minute font size making them difficult to read without magnification. They had been covered over by a sticker, so I wasn't able to get a good photo; however, the photos in the description match the product label.Even though this is a small bottle, the pills take up less than half the space. I'm becoming more aware of reducing plastics and wish this bottle was half the size. (No reduction in star rating, but I thought it worth mentioning.)I find the current price of $9.99 to be reasonable. I would buy these again.The tablets come in a clear plastic bottle with a screw on lid (not child-resistant). The tamper-proof seal was intact. The EXP is 07/2026.

Solid garlic supplement - I personally take it to help manage cholesterol. Like any supplement it isn't a wonder cure all and requires other lifestyle changes for it to be meaningful.
