Hello! I own most Jillian's dvd's. I have no time for the gym, so I workout at home and I need variety. I had doubts about ordering this one, as all the others I own do train most parts of the body. I was pleasantly surprised to dicover that sticking to this dvd's routine shapes so much better the arms and the back. Especially the arms were much better defined and sculpted, from the first week, because the exercises focus on this problem area. Even better, the abdominals also got more sculpted and hard - another pleasant surprise. It seems it's better to follow a whole 30 - min routine aimed exactly at one problem area (eg arms) and not to spend your energy to 10 minutes of arms, 10 - minutes of legs, 10 minutes of ab's and so forth in a whole body routine. By the way, I also workout with "killer abs" and "killer legs and bun" but the most spectacular transformation came from this "killer arms (and bacl)". No more "flapping triceps" either !

Another excellent workout by Julian.
Another great work out by Julian, probably need a few different sets of weights as youβll find you can lift more/less on some of the exercises. If you get the weights right then every one of the 3 routines will work you hard. Must say when I first tried this DVD I found it a bit too fast between moves but after doing it a few times its become one of my faves as she doesn't dilly dally about and just gets on with it. Brutal but fun, as difficult as her other extreme DVD's. Proper sweat on!

Make sure you have a selection of weights
I bought this as I need jillians kick butt self to get my arms more toned ready for a wedding. So far the work outs are tough but just make sure you have a selection of dumbells to get the best out of this . I also feel it's slightly lacking Jillians normal personality. It's almost as if so much is packed in it comes across as she's going through the motions. However I still feel like I've had a good work out in only 30 mins so it's still worth a go.

Great dvd
I owned several of Jillian dvds and workout almost on a daily basis, I wanted a workout that specifically target my upper body ie arms and this dvd does not disappoint, if you are a beginner this dvd might be too difficult for you, the two girls doing the exercise with Jillian as always one doing the easier version and the other the more difficult moves, doing the easier version is just as difficult Jillian does warn you that this dvd is a killer and it is.

You know this will work!!
Yes, once again as most of Jillian Michaels DVD's do, this works. It's hard work, it's exhausting and it hurts but it is effective. I love it and my arms look great!

Dvd title says it all
This dvd is hard work. A lot faster paced than Jillian 's previous workouts. Pushes you a lot harder than any gym membership. Varied moves, high level of difficulty and good motivation from Jillian. As Usual 2 girls in the background who are unbelievably fit and capable. Not sure I could ever get that good but jillian certainly makes me give it my best effort. The dvd is a lot more modern than others of hers. Less breaks and recovery time.

Love this DVD
Really enjoying this DVD, I have several of Jillians workouts and this one is one of my favourites. Whilst it targets your arms and back you feel like you have a full body workout at the end.
