Converted trashed iPhone 6 to like new 😁
After my son smashed his iPhone 6, we thought it was gone forever. Fast forward a couple of months, and he'd bought a new phone and I found this wreck of of a phone (see photo). I decided to try and fix it, so bought this replacement case, a new charging assembly and a new screen.Four and a half hours work transplanting the guts from the old phone, replacing the charging assembly and screen (a black one from lltraders), oh, and a new battery, (had to transplant old home button too, to keep fingerprint ID, hence its white, but I like it!), and the result was a new lease of life for this former bin-fodder.
