Good product, good clarity camera. Recommend.

At this price range, the camera is acceptable and does the job well. However, I had mixed experiences with the two storage options: 1. SD Card Storage Loop recording is not supported. Once the SD card is full, the camera starts malfunctioning (keeps restarting, lagging, etc.). You need to format the SD card manually at regular intervals (preferably when storage reaches 50–60%). In my case, the first CP Plus SD card got corrupted within 10–12 days. Fortunately, it was replaced under warranty. The replacement worked, but again the same issue appeared once the card was full. After removing the SD card, the camera worked fine without problems. 2. Cloud Storage Much smoother and more reliable compared to SD card. Records only event-based footage (motion detection), not continuous recording. Slightly costly, but during my 6-month subscription I didn’t face a single issue. Final Note Currently, I’m using the SD card again with weekly manual formatting to avoid corruption. Need to see how it performs in the long run. If you don’t want the hassle, I’d suggest going for cloud storage despite the extra cost—it’s much more stable.

Even after already facing a similar issue with another brand, I decided to try this product hoping it would work better. Unfortunately, I experienced the same problem again. The camera simply does not connect to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, no matter how many times I try. I followed every step suggested in the manual and app, reset the device several times, and adjusted my router settings, but nothing helped. A product designed for security should at least connect smoothly, and when this most basic step fails repeatedly, it becomes completely unusable. This entire process has wasted a lot of time and caused unnecessary stress. I expected a reliable device and an easy setup, but instead faced repeated failure and disappointment, especially after already trying another brand. The instructions are unclear, and the product does not perform as advertised. I bought this camera for home security, but it never worked from the beginning, making it impossible to trust. Overall, I regret purchasing this product. I request Amazon to take action and support a refund or return. I hope this review helps others before buying.

It's a simple camera yet unable to connect. Handling this camera is like a ROCKET SCIENCE 🧪🔭. Highly Disappointed ☹️☹️. Have been trying to connect brand, CP Plus but neither a support nor a response. Poor product and after sales, be cautious 😞 Post connection after a long struggle, the Quality of picture and uta features are not upto the mark. MI, now known as TP Plus is of much better quality overall and easy to use. Not 🚫 happy buying CP Plus which comes with lots of complications etc After sales service is also poor ! Not recommended
