I suggest using regular ceramic tableware for hot meals, as the plastic could be compromised. Okay for hot items that will cool quickly, like chips, pizza, sausages, sandwiches, salads, etc.

Lovely sized plates.
I have got quite a collection of this type of crockery now so I can honestly say they really are great to have in the kitchen. They are lightweight and very strong. They can cope with the microwave and the dishwasher. They have a slight lip to them so are perfect for children or the elderly. The colour of these plates match my side plates and bowls perfectly. I am pleased that I now have a full set! Highly recommended.
