Not very sharp or easy to use. Not a great alternative to an actual shredder unfortunately

A bit cumbersome. I bought this to cut up my name/ address lables but not really suitable. Most labels e.g. those from Amazon have a gum backing and scissors keeps getting stuck when trying to cut through. Can only use on plain paper. And you can still see the name and address even after cutting.

I usually shred my address on packaging and it's far easier to do it with these rather than get the big shredder out. It may have been useful to have a brush to clear them with as I have seen but that's not been a big deal and these were so reasonably priced, I am glad I made this choice.

Can't complain at this price. A lot more convenient to use than messing around with a cheap shredder that gets clogged up and paper strips go everywhere. Unless you already have a fancy, expensive free-standing shredder but then why would you even consider this as a replacement?The blades are sharp with no gaps between the pairs so it cuts perfectly fine. You do need to put some force into it when going through multiple pages or cardboard, as the blades aren't long enough to give you lots of leverage. As long as you keep on top of whatever documents you need shredding and don't let them pile up, this'll do the job fine.

Paper keeps getting jammed in the blades and you can only cut one sheet at a time. Can take a long time to shred a large amount of paper!
