This was a mishap could not be known about!
The people I bought this inverter from was wonderful. After hooking it up to my 12v solar system, I turned it on and watched the sparks fly right in front of me, I was over whelmed and thought there goes $600.00 down the drain. I contacted the seller, they ask for pictures to try and see what happen, I sent pictures to them, they refunded my $$ Immediately. plus said to keep the inverter, was not worth returning, and apologized to me. I am very impressed with this company. when dealing with electrical you never know and they did exactly what they should have, keep the customer happy. most pleasant people I have ever chatted with in a business. May they be Blessed.
