Was impressed with the material quality when I received this in the mail. I was expecting a cheap plywood with low-quality assembly. I was surprised when it turned out to be rather nice only containing some minor issues. My only complaint is that it could use some better instructions. I also very much enjoyed that it came with tools and a bookmark.As for the assembly, it was a little tricky. Took me a few tries to figure out the build order and I messed up the lower insert. Once built it held up rather well and the included wall anchor is very strong. I currently have it wedged next to the corner of my bed mounted to the wall filled with books.

Glorious when finished. Good quality. Love it. My only gripe is that the instructions were in broken English and not being one who is inclined towards puzzles and building things there was some frustration. Once we figured it out, the building went quickly and the finished product is fantastic.

This is an easy to assemble (my wife did it herself!), eco-friendly (easily renewable resource), compact bookshelf for tight spaces. Yet it is also aesthetically pleasing and comes with adjustable anchoring (screws and plastic 'hardware') to stabilize it on carpeted floors or if placing large books that might otherwise cause it to tip forwards, especially if you have toddlers/preschoolers playing around it who are likely to bump into it. This one hits a home-run for our purposes.

Takes an hour to assemble. Two people assembly gets things faster as you need alignments.Do not tighten screws all over, till you get to the end.Stable, but connect to back wall for more stability.

Easier if you put it together without trying to use the install guide

It’s a nice color but takes up way too much room and tips over.

I have expected more for the price! Quality is not very good. The biggest issue though is that thing is a safety hazered in case you have kids and you don't plan to fasten it firmly to the wall. There are other reviews showing the shelves standing unfastened to a wall - that will not be safe, the thing is not stable and even tilts forward (see attached image). Latsly, I am not an expert, but I very much doubt this is actual bamboo. Wouldn't recommend to family with kids or people appreciating quality.

This bookcase is wonderful. I am 72 years old and was able to put it together on my own. All of the tools needed were included, including gloves to protect my fingers. The packing was very sturdy. The bamboo is of a good quality.
