The shorter length is super flattering and he LOVES the stretch for his athletic build - other swim shorts are too restricting and definitely not as comfortable.

My 16 yr old love these swim trunks. He live the detailing of the pink drawstring on the solid navy blue trunks. It fits him perfectly. Great texture. And, material excellent stretch.

My wife wanted me to get these, so I did. I was a little reluctant because it meant admitting what size my waist was, which is about 4" bigger than it was when we got married...but hey that was decades and many birthday cakes ago! :-)One thing I have grown to dislike about so many men's swim trunks is how absolutely dumb the graphics/style treatments are. Half the guys one sees at the lake wear trunks that literally advertise "I haven't worn these in five years"So, seeing these I said "o.K". I thought I was going to have to go for the XXL size, but I took a chance and got XL. Boy am I glad! I could have used the good old "LARGE" size and it would have been fine, but these work o.k. too. I am 6' 2" and weigh about 200 pounds, and XL fit good but I definitely don't need anything larger. If you have a substantial beer gut/chair butt these will cover you, but if you are fit around the middle and my height, I recommend getting the large. I fall somewhere in the middle, but closer to the "fit around the middle" pack - if only I could lose 15 more pounds! :-) Anyway. L - XL is what you THINK L-XL should be for a North American male person.Best of all, they are generic green, like an ARMY green, not frog green or forest green or "I'm cool look at me" neon green. or Green with iridescent shark-skin inserts sewn onto the rear end or whatever. Nope, just a dark olive-ish army green. No pattern. No dragons, no stripes, cool raised patterns, no brand names no one has ever heard of, nope...just plain. green. shorts.Thank you. I am thrilled. Five stars. A decent, generic, synthetic fabric set of shorts that won't look super dated by this time next year.

This is a nice material and looks good enough to be worn as shorts and not swim trunks. They are. A little snug in the midsection. Great color and fabric though.

These swim trunks fit great and are very comfortable. I used them a few times this year and couldn't be happier.

Fabric is soft and light, the shorts dry quick and fit well. Size is accurate order what your normally would. Great shorter shorts for swimming or just chilling about.
