Review: Love it! - I did a lot of research on under the counter reverse osmosis water filter systems. I finally decided on this one. Even though it only has two filter but it gets the job done. Another thing, the filters are not expensive and last a long time. I love the LED indicator on the faucet. Some complained about the machine being too loud. Those people probably have a very good and sensitive hearing. The motor pumps the water so this is how it can dispenses water out quicker. My favorite part is, the water tastes great! I can’t say anything about the installation because my contractor who renovated my house installed it for me.

**Q: What's the Product Size?**
A: The product dimension of 700 GPD undersink RO water filter is 14.57"L x 11.95"H x 4.49"W. Ensure your undersink cabinet is bigger than it.

**Q: Is it easy to install the RO system? Any Installation Tips?**
A: Need 1 electrical outlet under the sink/drilling holes for RO faucet &drain pipe connection. Read the instruction/watch installation video first. When disconnect any tubings, shut off cold water valve, open RO faucet, and then unplug the power cord.

**Q: When do I need the filter replacement? And where can I get filter cartridges for replacement?**
A: 2 filter cartridges are included. You'll be alerted when one needs replacing. Lifespan averages 1 year for the PPC, and 3 years for the RO, lifespans can vary depending on water quality/consumption. New cartridges can be purchased on our homepage.

**Q: How to start up the filtration system?**
A: Open cold water supply valve/check for leaks at all connections & fittings. Plug in power adapter to start system flush for 30s. Turn on RO faucet for 8 mins to flush filters. Do not drink flushed water. Check for leaks/Turn off faucet when finished.

**Q: Why there is E2 error? What should I do?**
A: If the faucet is on for 30 minutes, the long working time protection triggers this error(aim to save water and extend the service life of the filter). To fix, unplug and replug the power adapter to restart the system.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ R/O tanks are obsolete!

I've owned and have installed ROS water systems in my home for the past 20 years. Its has always been R/O units with a 4 gallon water supply from Home Depot, Amazon and eBay. After 8 years with my old system, I decided to upgrade to a new ROS unit. I had purchase the iSpring 5-stage ROS system and everything went OK until the faucet began to leak and drip. After 5 days of correspondence with iSpring customer service with no resolution, I decided to return the unit and get a full refund back. After 2 days of reading product reviews, I decided to purchase a tankless ROS for the same price as a tanked ROS. The installation with this Thereye Model ER-WP03 was the easiest ROS system I"ve installed thus far. The unit took less space under my sink, the unit had less tubing to connect and I had the unit working in about an hour. The installation instructions were very easy to follow, tubing marks were well identified, basically a simple step-by-step to follow. The unit was flushed in 8 minutes and the drinking water was 9ppm on my water tester. The unit has a motor pump so, I used one of the packing styrofoam to deaden the motor from under the sink. I will never use a tanked ROS again.
