This is a right handed bass right?....i mean it clearly says right handed but for some reason people in the comments section are referring it as left

I believe some of the comments from the GSR200BL(Lefty) bass are being filtered into this model as well since they are both GSR200's. This GSR200BWK is definitely right handed.

Would I be able to flip the strings to make it a left-handed guitar?

you could flip the strings, but the frets near the body of the bass, are unable to touch good
