Hebrew With Pleasure Without A Teacher's Help with two mp3 audio CD's Paperback – June 20, 2012

Great book for anyone trying to learn Hebrew on your own. I use Hebrew from scratch in my ulpan in NYC and a lot of the vocabulary is covered in this book. The CD is a great help. Extensive explanations are done in English. Get this if your learning on your own. I have used it for explanations for my rosetta stone.

I was hoping that for a beginner such as myself it would be a bit more step by step. But I found it confusing and hard to understand. This is only from my perspective so there may be others who can appreciate and learn from it. I studied the different types of learning styles in my career and it fits some but not others. Mary H

Material is thorough & great, but cd is so fast and they don’t tell you when their transitioning to next page.

It is a fine book. But it seems the cd version either is no longer available or there was some shipping mix up
