worked great the first time..pump went bad by the bypass valve or unloader..causing damage to hoses..thank God she didn't blow up on me.it was that bad.i had a good gauge installed..so i could see what was happening..don't get me wrong when she worked right i was impressed..2 stories with the right nossle tips worked great..still waiting for a new or recon. pump..sad thing is it has gone from 399 to 849 ...would i buy one for that price...not even it had a life time warr..one thing i will say when i called for help.. they helped me..thank you igt-group..i will add a review when pump comes and i use it for a week...

This thing is a beast! High pressure, high volume. I like the fact that it doesnt have an onboard soap reservoir. You just put the suction hose into a bucket of soapy water n hit it. I added a soap cannon and a turbo nozzle. Performance is awesome. Longevity has yet to be proven.UPDATE: Within thirty days of owning this pressure washer, it developed problems. The wand started leaking internally, trigger would not move, and pressure would not relieve in order for me to take off the pressure hose. I had to relieve the pressure by partially unscrewing the brass fitting on the pump. I contacted IGT Group (Cole, Chief Operations Officer initially replied) for support. Once I was contacted by Cole, I replied with the requested information. He NEVER replied. I intended to replace the washer with another GP3300 because I love the performance. After IGT Group left me hanging, I took the pressure washer back to the store and opted for another brand. The lack of customer service put the nail in the coffin.
