This pillow is stuffed with micro beads. At first I hated it because it came encased with a really stretchy fabric and the pillowcase wasn’t any better. So it was a big sloppy pile of nothing. But once I put on a well made cotton fabric pillowcase that I bought on Etsy ($25) my opinion totally changed. I mean you are buying this pillow for the support it provides so why put it in a stretchy flimsy fabric that doesn’t hold its shape? Stupid!! So now I love it as long as it is in one of my wonderful pillowcases. I am a serious side sleeper with very sensitive ears. The ear hole is small which works for be but if you have big ears you can try to get a tailor to make you a case with a bigger ear hole. This pillow would conform to a larger ear hole.

I love the micro-beads in this pillow. They keep the pillow from being too firm, and this helps alleviate my neck pain! It does take some getting used to, as the shape is non-traditional, but it’s worth it! I don’t love the “ear hole” in the pillow, but I have small ears and a short neck, so it doesn’t fit me exactly. Because of the micro beads, I can form the pillow to provide support exactly where I need it...you can’t do that with a traditional foam pillow!

I really liked the idea since I'm a preferred side sleeper. First I didn't line the smell of the pillow and I'm not a picky smeller. I left the pillow unpacked for 4 days and it still didn't change the weird chemical smell. Otherwise the pillow was fine. The texture was comfortable and soft to sleep on. I just still couldn't get comfortable.

This pillow is great. My husband sleeps better and I am so grateful. Only problem I have is, the pillow loses its shape very fast. not very firm at all.

I like the pillow and it has helped with my neck pain issue. Wish I could reverse the pillow, but button on other side prevents this and would of liked it to be a little longer down the back.

The pillow was too high for my comfort. I had to remove some of the fill because it was too high to get a comfortable fit. The cover is soft and the support was ok, once i removed some of the stuff.

This is the second time I have ordered this pillow. the u shape is perfect for a side sleeper but this pillow is overstuffed. I had to take half of the filling out in order for it to be comfortable.

Like, it's comfortableDislike: can't switch sides without moving the whole pillow.Smells funny, but most do.The DMI Hug a pillow is a better buy. It's U shaped so you can switch sides.I regifted it and got a cooling memory foam pillow from Costco.

I'm glad to see this counterfeit item is no longer available. It advertised with packaging from an item I bought years ago from Bed Bath and Beyond - but it arrived weeks later in a plastic bag. I was disappointed to receive a cheap bulky product, poorly sewn. containing NO micro-beads, and still emanating a smell even after washing.

I own product that is as advertised original side sleeper. These is not it. It did not come in the box as advertise and it is not advertised products . Very dissapointing. My first disapointing purchase with amazon.
