I have been eating these fibre and protein bars for years. Love them. The coconut chocolate flavor is not overly sweet, but it is fairly sweet. It satisfies a sweets craving. However, it also has a significant amount of fibre and protein for a little bar like that. Love them. Love them. Love them. Amazon.ca had these for a good price and I hope they continue to carry them.

I’m obsessed with these bars. Where I live you can only buy an 8 pack and 4 of them are a raspberry flavour. They are tasty but I like the chocolate a lot more. Expiry is July 6, 2020 and today is January 7, 2020 - I have plenty of time. ONLY downer is they were delivered to my mail box 2 blocks away and it’s -28 out so they’re all frozen solid... still taste good though :D

I use these as a quick boost for my blood sugar while out and not close to food. These work wonders for raising my blood sugar and keeping my stable until I can get something. They offer more than just sugars which is great for keeping you stable.

I really like these bars. The taste and texture are great. I need a gluten-free and nut-free bar, and these are the best I've found. 210 calories and not totally loaded with junk is a good value, IMHO. I have to ration myself to one a day, or I'd eat 10 and have my calories for the day.I slightly prefer these to the chocolate raspberry ones, but a little variety is nice.

Expected a more fruit roll up tasting bar, was kinda chalky. Ended up giving them away, not SunRypes best efforts usually great!
