Ultralight protection for breakable items in my rucksack, and, as groundmat, for my sleeping bag. I expect it to last some three to four months of continuous mountain use, know it will get perforated and split with time - but thats the point. Once beyond further use, it will be recycled.

Very thin and not durable at all. It gets dirty really quickly and even rips. With that in mind, it's fairly easy to wash to that's mot a big deal. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than yoga or meditation , as your feet will destroy the mat!

This was incredibly thin and ripped as it was unrolling.one star but really... zero stars.

I have mixed feelings about this product. The item is very lightweight and great if you are trying to hike light. It appears to be well made and the shiny silver backing may or may not provide some level of thermal protection. The item is very thin, and therefore provides a minimal albeit acceptable to myself, level of cushioning on soft ground. Considering the price, this item is good value for money

I brought this mat because it is foil backed and I believe it will help protect my granddaughter on her first camping trip.

Pros: lovely colour, comes with useful elastic straps, super lightweightKnow why it's light weight? Because the foam is so pliable and aerated.It's cheap and (cons now-) after using it for just 2 nights it had ripped and offered little comfort on slightly uneven ground. It's too compressible.I'm now looking for a new ground mat and want to spend more to get a better quality product.

looks just like the picture the mat is very long so you would be able to fold it over to double it up if your doing exercise on it and do not want to hurt your back . however it rips very easily but you get what you pay for as it isn't a exercise mat (the reason i purchased it for) its for camping i believe.
