Facts about Front Load Washers...... Front load washers may be more energy efficient than many top load washers, but their design is responsible for several significant problems and can require more attention by the owner. Front load washing machines are tightly sealed when closed to prevent any leaks during washing cycles, but the tight seal can trap any leftover water inside the washer, which can lead to growth of smelly mold and mildew. BluDri will reduce moisture in washer between washes in order to reduce mildew/mold growth. BluDri Instructions: Before using BluDri, your washing machine should be cleaned of all mold. BluDri will not remove existing mold. It will reduce moisture in order to reduce new mold growth. Using BluDri....... 1. Remove washed clothes from front load washer. 2. Place BluDri flat in drum of washer - BluDri beads will be blue in color. 3. Close washer door. 4. BluDri will absorb and reduce moisture. As it absorbs, BluDri beads will become pink in color. 5. The longer BluDri remains in washer, the better the absorption -For best results, keep BluDri in washer when not in use. 6. Remove before next wash. 7. BluDri can be reused after following "reuse" directions. Reusing BluDri....... Once BluDri becomes pink, it must be "regenerated" - moisture removed for reuse. 1. Place pink BluDri in microwave oven. Set on high for 3-4 minutes. 2. BluDri will become blue again during microwaving as moisture is removed. 3. Remove from microwave and place in empty washer or store BluDri in sealed bag until needed.
