Love it!
We love this grill! I wish the instructions were more clear. It does not clearly tell you where to put the hoses for the side burner when you screw the top on so we ended up having to take it off again to pull them through.

Frustrated Father's Day Gift
Appearance and size exceeded my expectations; however, I have not been able to use it.My wife and children recently purchased a Royal Gourmet grill for me for Father's Day, and I was excited to start using it, but unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating so far. The grill arrived with missing hoses. I attempted to contact Royal Gourmet using the phone number listed on their website, but it appears not to be working, with a dial tone sounding when calling the 1-800 number. I've also sent a message through their online contact form and an email, and have yet to receive a response.I’ve already assembled the grill without the hoses, so returning it is not a practical option, as I would have to disassemble the entire grill. I’m hoping Royal Gourmet will step up and send me the missing parts, as I’m currently stuck with a brand new grill that I can’t use.Hoping to change my one-star to 5 stars soon.

Quality grill
Quality grill. Takes a few hours to assemble. Don’t forget to free the igniter and supply hose. Looks great on the deck.

Instructions need a little more attention
Nice grill. I like the wider grates and the side cross hatch grate. All and all a great purchase. The only down side for me was the instructions were lacking. Especially when it came to the ignition button and the side burner gas line. Also some of the screws are extremely difficult to access and to tighten. A magnetic Philips head and flat head screwdriver would come in handy. Took me longer to assemble than I had planned.

color was a big issue for me. It has a clean finish and nice design.
It is very pretty for a grill. It is a turquoise blue and not really "blue" which is what I was hoping for. I put it together by myself, just taking my time. Had a plumber come in to hook it to our gas line, no propane tanks! I have not used it yet so I cannot talk about how it cooks.

Rusting in 3 weeks!
It's a nice grill overall, but just three weeks after having it outdoors (mostly covered), rust has already started forming. Even worse, the starter switch now gives an electric shock when turning on the grill. It's pretty frustrating, especially considering how many hours it took to assemble. Disappointing!
