50% of this book is simple Hindu Mantras eg. "Om gam Ganapataye Namah/ Om namah shivay" to be repeated 108 times. Other 50% is simple things from the Bible, Psalms a few grimoires (Verum). I learnt nothing new, was a waste for me. In fact few instructions are not clear, because these are not the author's own spells, neither has he tested these spells. If you want to know more than this book at a cheaper price, buy Vedic books and the Bible. There's literally a spell which says 'ash tree and red thread, keep the demons away'. These are not formulas... this is just an assimilation of very short rituals from various religious text, mostly Hinduism and Christian texts.
