Fretfunk Instrument Hanger, Black

Since we’ve been married and living together, hubby has always wanted his guitars hanging on the wall. Our rented flat only had picture rails and we can’t screw anything in to the old walls of the listed building. After a couple of years and then me trying to declutter our living room so our little girl can crawl around safely, I decided to do a search in case there was such a thing a guitar hangers for picture rails. I didn’t hold out much hope, but I was pleasantly surprised to find these! They are perfect, all 3 guitars are up on the wall looking rather smart and although my living room is still a mess, there’s 3 less things added to it. Winner!

Just had 5th and 6th ones of these delivered. They are perfect. Picture rails are generally sturdy and built to support heavy mirrors, I use these for electric and acoustiuc guitars and a dulcimer. I would add, as others here have already noted, you need to hold onto it as you remove the guitar, alternatively use blue tak or similar. Only 4 stars because I wish it was cheaper. Will almost certainly be buying more.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Hangs your guitars and similar instruments up with no damage to your walls. You have to have a picture rail (obviously!) so if you've got a newer house, or someone's removed your picture rails, hard luck! Only small quibble, is that I find when taking the guitar off the hanger, the hanger tends to come with it. Easily and invisibly solved with a bit of blu-tack where the hanger clips over the rail.

Works well, guitar hangs around 6 inches from the wall though whichlooks a bit odd side on.

This is quite brilliant and does exactly what it claims to do. Very pleased.

Really great guitar hanger without having to drill any holes though you do have to have picture rail!
