Good produce and works well. I posed a question on here which no one was very sure about so I emailed the company to ask - does this product harm wildlife such as composting red worms living in the compost bin. The answer is as follows :Thank you for your enquiry, when lightly scattered as directed Vitax Compost Maker will not be harmful for wildlife including worms. As you may be aware worms will benefit most when there is a good mix to the composted material (ie if adding substantial amounts of grass cuttings try to mix in with it other richer material such as food waste)." This is great news and makes me happy.

Looks good value for money have added it to compost bins and waiting to see if it works. Don’t carry it by the handle as it is very weak and came off while I carried it, fortunately it didn’t have far to fall so only spilt a little of the granules.

VITAX 6CM253 Compost Maker is easy to use and really helps speed up the composting process. Just sprinkle it in and it gets to work quickly. A 2.5 kg tub goes a long way. Great for keeping the compost heap healthy and active.

Product is probably really good. BUT the box it arrived in was slightly damaged and half the contents were missing. A fine powder in a cardboard box with no plastic liner, ridiculous packaging.

2.5Kg box ordered. Arrived in a cardboard box, well glued shut. On opening, it appeared to be just under half full! I transferred it all into a re-used OXO plastic gravy tub, so as to keep it dry, and when I weighed the tub + contents, it was 2.7Kg, so I was not disappointed. I suspect the box size related more to the copious instructions and warnings printed on it, rather than the volume of the contents.

J'ai attendu pour faire une estimation, mais il faut se rendre à l'évidence : mon tas de compost se réduit rapidement en volume

Question produit pas de souci ,le problème est sur l'emballage pour moi c'est a revoir le 1er pot est arriver exploser, le 2eme est arriver intact mais le carton avait lui aussi souffert . Par contre le changement a été fait sans souci

Solo il tempo potrà dare risultati , per il monento sono contento
