We bought this item to replace the old swing. Delivery very fast and we received it the next day. Quality is prefect and beyond our expectations. When we have some issues on Saturday during installation, the seller’s team responded quickly and help to resolve the issues. All fabulous. That is what we want. The only one suggestion is if the seller can print the instruction more clearly and in bigger pictures, that would be more helpful.

Took ages to put together, despite me being OK at such things. This is due to one particularly iffy diagram on the instructions, which suggests one bar should be put the wrong way around. Also, the 'big kid' swing is poorly designed and is difficult to stay seated on for my child. The final grumble I have is that there are no pegs to attach it to the lawn - only to concrete. It would be far more useful, for most people, to have a few heavy duty tent pegs to anchor the item to earth.With all that said, it is a generally nice item, especially the ladder element and will provide lots of fun I'm sure. Just some irritating aspects which I suppose (aside from the instructions) should be expected at this price point.

Good price. Basket swing is unusable due the way it's built. Instructions are not very clear in some places. Had to buy another basket from another supplier.

Very hard to put together. Instructions not very clear and one of the swings is not useable because of the design. Not worth the money at all. My little boy is devastated.

Bought this for our 2 grandkids birthdays 🎂 🥳 It's perfect. The variety of activities is what swung it for us. Study, well designed and good value for the money.
