Words fail me... except for the ones below!
I really should send this back but I’d rather keep it as a souvenir if just how exceptionally poor quality goods can be from China. The belt was billed as ‘leather covered’ which in fairness it is. But with a film of leather so thin it’s barely up the the job of covering the plastic and cardboard sandwich which lurks beneath. The first time I used it the ‘leather’ covering split in four places when pulled tight as the stitching was loose and allowed the multiple layers to move apart. Bend the belt even slightly against itself and the surface buckles outwards and cracks. I had to make an emergency extra hole in the belt when it arrived and my wife marked it with a biro. She pushed it hard to make a mark and the biro made the hole for me- went straight through like the belt was made of cardboard... no wait. It is made of cardboard! Finally. The buckle. Looks nice and shiny but is covered with a clear lacquer which flakes off almost immediately revealing a metal clasp which looks like it’s been forged in metalwork class by a nine year old. The third time I used the belt I pulled it tight and the crimping holding the ‘buckle’ to the ‘belt’ gave way and it was game over. Cheap and nasty item made without effort nor conscience. I can laugh about it now but avoid buying this tat as you will just embarrass yourself as your trousers suddenly go south when that bit of extra strain placed on the belt from a delicious main course is a bridge too far for the paper mache and plastic excuse for contraption holding your stomach in and trousers up. You have been warned!!!

a good looking belt - but not very durable
This is a leather belt of reasonable quality. I ordered the XL in black - and was pleased with it's appearance and sturdiness. I've a 38-40" waist and it just fit me (so if you've a 42-44" waist then I doubt that this size will be suitable). It's has a good metal buckle and clips.I bought this belt in 2012 - and after infrequent use (perhaps once a week), the leather started to peel and crack in 2015. As such, it retained its appearance for about 3 years. I threw it away shortly after, as it started to look a mess.I did like the look and feel of the belt, and it's offered at a very reasonable price. For those reasons, I've awarded 4 stars. But as it's not lasted very long, I've deducted a star. As such, while I do recommend this item, buyers should know that it's not a very durable belt.

The size gudie is wrong go a size up
Yeah I order the xl is meant to be for a 40 to 44 waist, that a lie it more a 38 to 40. So the belt does not fit the person that I got it for but give it to my cousin same time of sending it back. The belt look ok for the prices does feel cheap and look it a bite but it job to only up jean not too worried about that. My main and only issue is that the size is wrong. They say their belt a 40 to 44 it is a 38 to 40 you get which is a pain. I would say is go a size up for want you need because they I will fit.

Looks like this after 1 month
No star for this product. Rubbish. Looks like this after 1 month. And no return available after 1 month.

Fallen apart after two months.
Fits well. More of a dress belt than a belt you use to keep your trousers up! This is now two months old. Doesn’t look like leather to me, if it is it’s leather faced. Surface material can’t withstand the torque of being tightened up through the buckle. Would I buy again... no.

Not the greatest of belts, Could be much better
Bought one of these for myself and one as a gift, but unfortunately the nickel plated fitting are not rounded on all edges and have a tendency to scar up the face of the leather belt when being fitted. The leather is also very stiff and not supple in any way, no give, which only makes the scarring worse. Neither mine nor the one i purchased as a gift, i would consider suitable for smart occasions, as the scars are very visible after only a couple of weeks of use. Shame really as i like the look of the belt in the pictures.

Th belt is very flexible in regards to size
I liked the flexibility of the size as in the past I buy a belt and if I lose some weight my trousers keep slipping down and i am having to continually pull them up, but due to the sizing on this belt it allows me to lose some weight and still be able to the belt as it is very adjustable with the additional holes. My biggest disappointment is that the belt on the outer side seems to be with a colour coating of Black, Tan or Brown which after 3 days use is beginning to come off and the belt is already looking a bit tatty, i would happily have paid a little more and got a product where the belt was genuinely black. I have other belts that I have had for years and they still look as good as when I bought them apart from the holes getting a little larger than when i bought the belt.

Men's leather belt, brown with chrome buckle
Width and colour just right. However, as others have said, the main belt material appears to be made of a compressed shredded leather mix (containing other mixed fibres as a filler). It IS lined with a nice leather material, so we cannot say it is wrongly described here. I think USA legislation might require better description though. This probably will NOT have the longevity of a proper leather hide belt. If you lift and upturn the folded inner end by the buckle, and use a magnifying eye-glass, you can see the fibre mix. The buckle-pin is also a bit soft, and does not appear to be chromed steel, but a soft alloy, so will probably also reduce the usable life of this belt. I suspect that casual wear will be OK, but I would not expect a long life if used in highly active pursuits with jeans.
