Possibly uses a bit more soap than I would squirt but is very effective and avoids getting dirty hands on the soap bottle. Looks OK too. Easy to fill and can adjust length of squirt.

Broke within 5 weeks. Very temperamental. Just outside Amazon 30 days policy, so new product for me. I had purchased a similar product which also broke after four months but I thought I was just unlucky. Clearly not. Very disappointed. I’m returning to a conventional soap dispenser and saving my money this time!

This soap dispenser looks the business and when it did work it was great. Purchased one and after a week or so it just died. Contacted the seller and a replacement was sent out. Again worked great and again died after a short time. I tried changing the batteries and followed the instructions given but to no avail. Rather a waste of money as it's obviously not fit for purpose. Sorry I can't recommend but 1 star for good customer service first time round and 1 star because it looked nice.

Product is ok, not as good as the one we had previously. It is going rusty around the base after 6 months. Contacted seller who was extremely quick to respond and resolve.

Yes, it dispenses soap and it's cheap. However, it's poor compared to the Simple Human ones. I struggled to get any consistency from the amount of soap dispensed and concluded that my one dispensed more soap when you pressed '-' rather than less. Also, it's supposed to be stainless steel but mine is green! Looks like some sort of stainless laminate with a plastic coating.Also the sensor is a through beam type so it goes off very easily and when it does go off it takes a short time before the soap actually starts to flow. It runs backwards after the dispense but for some reason that often leaves a bubble on the dispenser and doesn't always stop it dripping. I suspect it will find its way into the bin before too long.

I bought 2 of these products and they took really long to arrive and when they did I set them up to use them and they were both faulty. The soap runs straight into the battery compartment.

We have autopumps of another make around the house I.e. kitchen and two bathrooms but we wanted one for the downstairs WC and this fits the bill perfectly would recommend.

Didn’t work for long. Seemed to get clogged with ordinary soaps. Tried cleaning it out many times, but it just clogs again. Bin fodder.
