I was pleasantly surprised that the battery arrived with all the screw drivers I could possible need to replace the battery in my laptop without paying a repair tech. The package came with two sizes of Philips head screwdrivers, I used both. Just turn your laptop over and remove about 8 or 9 screws and then you can pull up the body. One disappointment in the package was the small plastic pry tool to pull the case up, the tool bent and shredded into plastic peaces. It is fairly easy to move the screen hinge back and forth a few times to loosen the two parts. A thin knife or finger nail file can be used to move the main body from the frame. The battery works great, but it is not a miracle you still need to plug it in and charge it sooner than the original advertisement stated. I would buy this product again when my battery wears out.

Used to replace two defective HP batteries that puffed up. Exact replacement right down to the letters on the batteries. Only difference was one small HP logo on the factory ones.

The Capacity was incorrect when first installed and the battery capacity drop more than 30% in just one month.Do not waste your money on this product
