Not very good.
Was really interested in giving Isometrics a go to fit round my martial arts training. This books sounds like it will be great and accredited... but it seems cheaply made, with very low quality images and that look like they were shot on a phone. It also seems odd how the authors have tried to trademark phrases relating to the excersises that are really only commonly known concepts written about by other authors. There is nothing really new or revolutionary here, that you can't find elsewhere or even just online in general. The program seems to have some thought put into it, but it's nothing special. There are also numerous spelling and grammatical errors, along with mislabled descriptions that contradict what the image shows. All in all I don't have much faith in it due to the poor production quality. I'll look elsewhere for a program, or make my own.Their Trisometrics book was even worse. Returning both.

Superb book with excellent information. I have been lucky enough to talk with the author and he is a very interesting and genuine man. His enthusiasm for isometrics shines through and I hope a new generation of enthusiasts use this system for real results. An amazing accompaniment to the 70 second difference book. Ian

A generous amount of information coupled with numerous photographs, this book gives you a solid background knowledge about building muscle by way of the Iso Bow and isometrics. Recommended.
