I had a midfoot fusion and am at the rehab portion of my healing. Ice helps with swelling after being up walking and doing rehab. It was hard to find an ice pack to fit on that part of your foot while being able to elevate, especially if I am at work and just using a foot stool. The ice pack wraps nicely around my foot & secures. Best of all it isn't super heavy that I feel uncomfortable having my foot moving around a bit. I almost forgot it was on!

I bought this as I had surgery to repair a tendon in my wrist. I knew I’d need to ice my wrist almost all day long for weeks. It freezes fast and stays cold for an hour and a half. The Velcro is strong and I can walk with ice pack on-it doesn’t fall off. Above and beyond all expectations!

This pack is the best. Can tell you how much it relieves my back pain and it's easy to wear.

Pack does not stay flexible when frozen. It's hard as a rock and the instructions say to place it in the fridge at least 2 hours before use. That's pretty unusable if you ask me.

I bought this to use quickly after foot surgery. It was great because of the long velcro straps that could wrap around any part of the cast, under and over when resting and briefly walking. The other packs we had were wider or heavier and no straps. It's a great for alleviating cast itching as it stays cool many hours. Better than the free ice filled packs from the hospital that condensate. Good for injuries and if you need to move around.
