Needs specific care and handling after each use
Great pan but requires some effort to keep in tip top condition.Follow instructions before 1st use - fill with water and bring to a rolling boil. Carefully discard the hot water and thoroughly dry I used a T Towel and kitchen paper towels. BE CAREFUL DISCARDING THE HOT WATER IS VERY TRICKY TO HANDLE AND AVOID SCALDS.Then you need to season it by rubbing a very thin coating of oil all over it inside and out (avocado oil or grapeseed oil is best).Then is ready for use. Soak for 30 mins after use the clean and always thoroughly dry and re-season pan. I always store by wrapping in brown paper and a plastic bag.I know all this is a lot of work but my pan is still in good condition after a few uses and no rust. P.S I got all these tips from research on the Internet.

Very good quality and better price. It comes with 1kg of paella rice plus a little recipe. A lot more than I expected. Very happy with this purchase

ATTENZIONE ALLA MANUTENZIONE!
Consegna puntuale, tante stelle per Amazon, come sempre.Sull'acquisto avevo letto delle recensioni contrastanti, qualcuno scriveva ceh era soddisfatto, altri che si era arrugginita subito, quindi ho fatto caso alla questione e capito una cosa importantissima:La padella è in ferro, quindi ha bisogno di attenzioni speciali (ma non troppo).Allegate alla padella ci sono delle istruzioni per la conservazione che vanno seguite scrupolosamente.Riassumendo: non va lasciata a bagno, va lavata ed asciugata IMMEDIATAMENTE, poi oliata leggermente all'interno e coperta con un sacchetto di carta.Se si seguono queste facili istruzioni, vi darà un sacco di soddisfazioni!

Una paellera excelente, como no podía ser de otra manera.Eso sí, si quieres hacer un arroz bueno bueno, esta paellera da para 3 personas, no para más.

High Quality Paella Directly from Spain
Excellent paella pan. I've made paella for years in cast iron. Made my first paella the day it arrived and was nothing but pleased. It's already starting to develop the desired seasoning. Washed, dried, and coated with a small amount of oil as instructed. No rust problem. Excellent product at an excellent price. The size is more appropriate for four or five than two or three as stated in the description. 5 star product if given the proper care. The negative reviews for these pans in various sizes come from people who don't understand how to use or properly care for them. The result of hundreds of years of making paella and the pans to cook it in, is the Spanish know what they are doing.10/10/2019 - Made my first paella over an open fire. The pan performed to perfection and the paella was delicious. It could have gone a little bit longer over the fire, but we were all so hungry we could wait!

はじめてのパエリア
未成年の若者 35 人とおじさんひとりでパーティー。カレーを作ろうとすると ご飯を4升炊かなければならない。一升炊きの炊飯ジャーを1台買ったけど、はてさて... と思っているときに、そういえばパエリアなら炊飯器がいらないし〜、と思いついた。 まず1個買って鍋の「初期化」(説明書のこの言葉には、悪いけど笑ってしまった)。理科の実験で使うガスバーナーでひたすら焼くと、ステンレス(鉄製、でした...訂正します!)のきれいな鍋肌が美しい青に変わってきて何だか感動。一時間ぐらいかけて終了したけど、バーナーの炎から水分が出るからか、数日後鍋底の炎に当たる側が赤くさびていた。最後に裏返して乾く程度にあぶることをお勧めします。 次に日曜の昼食のために試作。火加減が強すぎて一部ご飯が炭化したけど、それ以外はおいしくできて、家族にはまあまあの評価をもらった。 追加で鍋を5個買って(それでも激安一升炊き炊飯器2台より安い)、さて本番、と言うところで若者数人がありえね〜粗相をしておじさんの怒りを買い、現在出入り禁止状態。しばらく怒りを解くつもりはないけど、みんなでまたパーティーできる時まで火加減を練習して、おいしいパエリアを食べさせてあげたい。
