Unreliable
Just got this in the mail today, connected properly following the directions. now it continues to say logging on. I will be returning this product. I did enjoy the few seconds that it did work.Update 7/7/2018 the seller contacted me and sent a new camera free of charge, the new camera works well. I don’t have to be on the same network to check the camera live video which is wonderful. It was easy to set up. The customer service I received was immaculate. So far so good I’ll give another update within a month but thus far I am happy

Works Great..
Works great, super easy to set up. Downloaded the HDMiniCam app up in the App store. Opened it and connected to the new wi-fi network the clock/camera has. That was it. Works great and the picture is good. The time on the clock comes up when you connect it to wi-fi.

Good product, GREAT customer service
Bought one clock camera for home use. Liked it a lot, bought a second one. Had a problem with the second one. I contacted the seller (Sands), and had an immediate reply, also had a replacement camera in 2-3 days. Replacement worked fine. They also contacted me to be sure that the replacement was satisfactory. Sharp pictures, easy to set up. I will deal with this company again.

Works just fine. Set up ok. Sadly it only works if I’m on the same network at the same time. Cannot monitor my parent in a nursing home from a far. Will be returning it tomorrow.

Great pic quality and easy app use
Great clock with spy cam. It was smaller than I expected, but it surpassed my expectations with the video quality and its app notifications. It's a great item to use at your office desk or even a bonus to its small size can be used on bookshelf for living room or other areas of home without standing out. Setup is pretty straight forward (even for those lacking in any technology knowledge like myself) , but if you have any doubts or questions customer service is amazing. They respond in less than 24hours (usually within a cpl hours) and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with their product- something difficult to find now at days with certain franchises and stores only focused on sales instead of customer satisfaction or making you jump many obstacles in order to correct an issue. If you're in the market for a spycam- this is definitely the company to buy from.

Excellent quality for price
So far, very happy, the quality for the price is definitely there. I have it placed in the corner of my room which gets my front door and my back door at the same time. Crystal clear picture, sound quality is excellent. It was an easy setup. Customer service was excellent through email/phone when I had questions. The instructions pamphlet was not very clear however they are working on a better print of it for future orders. I needed to purchase a longer cord for continual power supply for where I wanted it located. Other than that, very happy! Might just buy 1 more for my stairwell :)

Great pictures and video
Instructions not complete and after contacting their great support staff, Tony, to assist with the settings I was really impressed and that is hard to do since I am a gadget person. Highly recommend this product
