Salt water is the best thing for your oral and sinus passages. It kills bacteria and soothes the tissue. With this device and a warm salt water solution you can flush out your sinus cavities to relieve sinus pain and allergic irratants. It sounds a little weird...but flushing out your nose with this device really works. I've suffered with allergies for years and get occasional sinus infections. With this device attached to a waterpik it relieves the pressure and soothes the nasal passages. Just don't turn up the pressure to high or inhale!

I use the Irrigation every day with this tip. The first one plugged up so I am careful to run warm water thru it. after each use. This is the 2nd one I have ordered as they get plugged up

holds more water and works very well , much btter than other systems that I have tried.

This is a fits my Wp-60W Waterpik (may not fit other models, definitely check). This provides a fine mist for nasal irrigation. The mist is gentler than the Sinupulse Elite Replacement Sinus Irrigator Tip, which provides a larger amount of water, but at a lower pressure. A little pricey, but much better than a manual bulb.
