Decent bargain biometric safe. But not the best choice.
I recently purchased the Biometric Fingerprint Safe Box, and overall, I'm realatively satisfied with it, though there are a few areas where it could improve.First off, the safe is compact and fits well in my cabinet, offering adequate storage space at 0.8 cubic feet. The biometric fingerprint feature is a great addition, and setting it up was relatively straightforward. However, I did encounter some issues with it not reading my fingerprint consistently, which can be frustrating at times. I found that I had to place my finger in exactly the right spot for it to work, and even then, it wasn't foolproof.Another point worth mentioning is the setup of the digital touchpad for the pincode. While the fingerprint setup was okay, setting up the pincode proved to be a bit challenging. The instructions weren't as clear as I would have liked, and it took some trial and error to get it right. In terms of build quality, the safe is sturdy enough, but it's noticeably thinner compared to the Sentry Safe I own. While this isn't a dealbreaker, it does make me wonder about its long-term durability. Additionally, it's important to note that the safe itself isn't fireproof. The included fireproof bag is a nice touch, but it doesn't provide the same level of security as a fully fireproof safe.Despite these cons, the safe does what it's supposed to do—secure my valuables—and for the price, it’s a solid option. If you're looking for a budget-friendly safe with biometric access, this one is worth considering, but be aware of its limitations.

Do not buy
I set the finger print and code and this machine will open for anyone’s finger print or code. It is absolutely useless and it is past the return date so I am throwing the whole safe away. It does not serve a purpose if anyone can open it at any time

Decent tiny safe with multiple access modes.
BOTTOM LINE:1. I recommend this DAYI-Biometric Fingerprint Safe Box-0.8 Cubic Feet - DF-25.2. The current price of ~$130 is too high.LIKES:- Ability to use an emergency power supply. Huge benefit and time saver when batteries die.- Fingerprint access which give rapid entry, as long as there are no issues reading a finger.- Allows for wall mounting. Adds a decent layer of security.DISLIKES:- Not fire resistant. Fire resistant bag is a nice touch, but it won't prevent loss for long in a fire.

Small budget safe
Setting up this safe was a headache and a PITA. The safe's material feel and weight feels light but sturdy, and it gives me the vibes of a cheap budget safe. There's a very small light that turns on when you open the door, that only illuminates a very small amount of the inside of the safe. The light is located behind the door, near the hinge area. There's a small green button that needs to be pressed in order to register fingerprints and to set a code to unlock the safe. This was the biggest PITA of all the safes that I've ever had. Registering fingerprints was relatively easy, but setting a new code was difficult. It took me over half an hour to set the new code, and I will admit, I almost gave up and threw this safe away.Using my fingerprints to open the safe was a hit or miss, with about a 90% success rate of it reading my fingerprint. There's a key that I can use to open the safe, but it defeats the purpose of having the number code and fingerprint to unlock. There was a bag inside of the safe that alleges to be fireproof or fire resistant, but I don't want to test it without causing any fire hazards. The bag had a terrible smell to it that reeked of strong chemicals. It took over a week of leaving it open to air it out near a window, for most of the smells to go away.

Decent small safe with fire resistant bag
I got this small safe as a place to store a small amount of personal keepsakes. I plan to mount it in a safe room that will hopefully keep intruders out. I did not need all the fancy scanning with battery back up, but it came with it.I like the simple functionality of the safe, but wish that it had thicker sides to it (this the reason for 4 stars). It would be as easy to bust through the top or sides to access the contents instead of trying to open the door. It is not too big which makes it easier to find a place to put it.I was hoping for something a little more heavy duty than this safe.
