Never write a good unsolicited feedback before.Got this 5 weeks ago and use it daily when I was travelling overseas with a new, small but painful hernia.Like it compared to other brands because of the better construction of the Velcro strap ends which did not curl and frayed at the end as reviewed of the other brands. It stays well and in shape even after washing.Easy to take it off and on, even though I may not need to do that going through TSA.Size of the truss appears to be big and ordered the small size for my 35" waist. The waist and the truss fit well.Like the 2 size pads and easy to change and stays in place.Now using it for postop hernia repair to avoid hurting with sudden coughing and sneezing.Will probably not need it for long when recover from the surgery.

I took off a star because the product came with no clear instructions, and no way to know for sure if this is indeed the correct size that I ordered. If you are well endowed, it’s a tight squeeze and if you have a large butt, the straps that go under your legs will be tight. Other than that it’s well made and does what it says. I will be replacing the hard hernia pads with something softer.

I have been wearing hernia support belts for over six years. I would have the hernia surgery today, but I am a full time caregiver for someone and the many weeks of recovery doesn't allow that. Anyway, I have tried many different hernia belts over the years. I began with one from the local drug chain and it had large, heavy belts that were uncomfortable all the time, not sized well and very expensive. Went on Amazon and found many options to choose from. I have tried several and this one is the best so far. First of all it is quite comfortable to wear. The construction is better also. The fabric on the front is firmer and more durable and doesn't wrinkle up like others. When others wrinkle up the velcro straps pop off, the belt then shifts and out comes the hernia. This belt has better quality straps and much heavier velcro on them. They don't pop loose. The only thing difficult was the belt comes with a right and left pad and it takes some doing and adjusting to get the pad velcroed in the best position. And this belt costs about one third that of the drug chain version. Thumbs up for this one.

The Velcro and pads seem to be really well made but unfortunately the design of the belt isn't made for large men...when I say large men I don't mean fat guys...I mean large in the pants. I put this on and it was very uncomfortable due to the thickness of my hang low. I'll probably cut the belt and use it over the last belt I bought for more support

i ordered a bit too small so as a a 175 lb man at 5 ft 10 in i should have gotten the next size up from the small. that said.. I still think that there should have been more reach in the velcro straps. I ran ought of tightening room on the adjustable straps. Ill work it out and keep it but next time around I will read some more reviews. I was in a hurry

Worked great until surgery could be decided and scheduled.

I have tried a few of these and this one feels the tightest against my body. Now I am not sure if that will be a good thing in the long run but what I appreciate with this one is that the straps that Velcro up front have the ability to pull it more snug against you compared to others that were limited in how tight you make the straps. So far so good.. none of these things are fun to wear but this one certainly is a good tight fit. I am about a 42 in the waste and the Large version is just barely big enough.
