Great product although, could do with some coverings for the bolts which, left deep gouges in the Segway wheel arches from natural movement during use.

First of all, this was a gift for my 8 years son’s birthday on 25.06.2018. He was very happy when he received it. Delivery was as they said, on time.Ever since the hover seat was installed on the hoverboard we noticed that one of the axes from the handlebars is not straight. This is why the seat installed on the hover board is twisted and the command handlebars are not at the same height, when activated. The difference in height is highly disturbing.Immediately after the first 11 km, done in the first 3 days, the attaching tape broke.When driving, the kart is extremely noisy. The front wheel produces a lot of noise.After 6 days of usage, it squeaks constantly.The same kart model is sold in Romania for 25 Euro. The only difference is that this Bluewheel has a sticker with the company name on. I thought I had bought something else for 83 Pounds.Edit:In less than 12 hours from my email to InnovaMaxx UK I received an email asking for some pictures with the broken product.Before I got home and took those pictures somebody called me and asked me if i would like to receive a new kart or a refund. After a short discussion we agreed for a refund. They refunded even the delivery fee. I have to mention that they were so kind to send me a small gift for my son, too...What can i say, things are quite ok.

Easy to assemble / fit to hoverboard. A must have accessory. Great fun.

Strap lasted a day now she can't use it 😡
