Compact 5-in-1 Sharpener That Works Well but Runs a little Small
This Longzon 5-in-1 knife sharpener does its job well and brings dull knives back to a usable edge fairly quickly. The 4-stage system is straightforward and covers the basic sharpening and honing needs without being complicated. It does feel smaller than most sharpeners I’ve used, which makes it a bit less comfortable for larger knives or extended sharpening sessions. That said, the compact size also makes it easy to store and handle in tighter kitchen spaces. The included cut-resistant glove is a nice bonus and adds a bit of extra safety during use. Overall, it works effectively and is a solid value, just a bit smaller than expected. 4/5 stars.

Ruined my knife
Leaves the notches on the blade. Also the 'diamond-fine-sharpening' part of the sharpener was cut by the knife in the process.

Bien aunque se podría mejorae
El tiempo que llevo con el está cumpliendo su función perfectamente. Aunque hay 3 endiduras para afilar y en las instrucciones no deja muy claro para que sirve cada endidura. Yo paso los cuchillos por las 3 y la verdad que afila bien. Las tijeras no las afila bien, nunca he afilado unas tijeras quizás no lo esté haciendo de la forma adecuada, pero como indiqué anteriormente las instrucciones no son muy claras.
