Great padding and space
Gator cases are fantastic. I'm using this one to store my Breedlove acoustic guitar and it fits perfectly. The outside pouch is also big enough to fit most music books. I walk 30 minutes to lessons and it is very comfortable on my back.

Gator's usual high quality w/ a few limitations
I bought this for my Guild D120CE which has a longer than normal neck and can be tough to find a hard or soft case that properly fits. My guitar fits this case and I like the extra pads that are at the base of the guitar. They both provide extra padding and protect the strap/cord connector at the base of the guitar. The guitar is nested in ample padding all the way around and the interior is very soft and safe on your instrument's finish. The material should see many years of use and the back pack straps are long enough to fit an eight-hundred pound gorilla - I cut about 8 inches off of each strap. The down side, or things I'd like to see a little differently... The two mesh pockets don't expand enough to be very functional and the are too narrow to get a capo into. The innovative little holder on the pocket zipper holds one pick, but only a small (typical) size pick. Yes, I like larger, triangle picks. Also, its grip on the pick is not positive and I've had it fall out with normal handling of the case. Finally, the larger pocket could have a bit more room (expansion). I am able to get a 8.5"x11" notebook binder in it, but it is a tight fit. If I fill the binder to capacity, it would not longer fit. I'd also like to see a pocket on the guitar neck portion of the case. All in all, it is a great case and much better than many others I have seen. It definitely measures up to Gator's normal high quality. In spite of what I don't like, the overall quality and fit of the case is sufficient to make glad I bought it.

Adequate protective carry for light duty
I purchased this case for transporting an instrument which did not have a "decent" carrying case to and from gigs that would offer a moderate amount of protection . . . I don't throw my instruments around even in a high quality hard shell case and I did not desire to spend for my normal grade and durability of case, this is a good substitute for transporting with a level of protection. I would have liked to have a formed foam neck rest block and perhaps some storage pockets for small "stuff" that seems to be always needed when out and about (picks, strings, capo, etc. All in all a good value and I am satisfied it will suffice for my needs.

Took Way Too Long!
Nice guitar case. It showed in stock - yet it still took over two months before it was shipped! :-(

Sturdy, nice looking... but lacks storage pockets.
This is a nice, thick bag with a smooth but strong zipper. Where this bag lacks is storage pockets. Gator has a great reputation for lasting a long time (I own three Gator bags) but this one should have a separate pocket up toward the headstock and a smaller (overlapped) pocket on the lower bout. Either that, or smaller separate interior pockets on the large (single) lower bout pocket. The one single extra large outer pocket that Gator offers here is a disaster when trying to keep track of your picks, tuner, capos and other small acoustic accessories that are all over the place and hard to dig out of the single big pocket.C'mon Gator... you can do better than this.

Great value, wish it had another pocket
Awesome case for the money. It's fairly padded and holds its shape while empty, not all budget cases do that. Big front pocket for music and accessories, and decent backpack straps. My only wish would be for one more smaller pocket on the neck area, I like the option to separate more delicate accessories from the rest. Would buy again!

I wish it was the one I ordered.
I ordered the full size acoustic version and recieved the smaller bag. Not what I ordered but it fit my parlor guitar perfectly. Seems like a good case for the money.I'm not one of those people that gives a good product a bad score because a seller can't get things right. I believe I'll keep this one and try to order the full size one again.

RESERVATIONS ABOUT SIZE & PROTECTION
It's OK. The quality is good and I'm sure it will be hard wearing. The pocket is a good size and has as second pocket inside it, which is handy. The shoulder straps are comfortable and the pick minder on the zip is a fun idea. On the face of it a solid, durable gigbag.Obviously this is a casual gigbag and not designed for top level protection, but the thick foam along the side of the inside of the bag is only about 4 inches deep, whereas the body of my standard dreadnought guitars (Guild D25 and an ARIA J45 imitation) are 4 1/2 - 4 3/4 in. deep. So the only thing protecting the edge of the guitars where the top meets the sides is a bit of canvas. This is a shame as it wouldn't have taken much to give that little bit of added protection and peace of mind.In terms of the internal length of the bag, the ARIA (J45 copy) fits fine. But my Guild J25 dreadnought, which also has a standard 14-fret neck doesn't quite fit. It's just under 42 inches long, end to end. In truth, with some physical effort I can squeeze it in there, but I worry about that bit of stress will do to the neck. It's a pity that proper internal measurements were not listed.Given the bulky nature of the item, it would be very expensive to return, so I'm kind of stuck with an OK bag and am hoping I can stretch it a bit so it doesn't put stress on my Guild's neck. It's ironic that it's actually a Guild guitar that's featured in the main product photo with this listing!EDIT: I explained the above to Amazon and they collected the item and refunded the full price, with no additional cost to me, except my time.

Excelente funda. Gruesa y protege bien. Las correas son comodas. Hay mejores fundas pero super caras. Esta hace el trabajo muy bien
