This is a great set for bread baking. The proofing basket is silicone and folds flat so doesn't take up too much storage space. It is also very easy to clean and the dough doesn't stick to the sides.The set also comes with all the needed tools. Great for bread baking beginners."

Must-haves.
I recently started making slow fermented breads and baskets are a must, so I found this and I'm only halfway through and one basket is enough to make a nice sized loaf! Makes perfectly shaped loaves that are just the right size for my recipe. Only a small amount of flour is needed and the liner does a great job of keeping the bread from sticking to the basket. It's smoother than other basket fabrics I've used and doesn't pill. Excess flour brushes off easily after use. Awesome! They are sturdy and easy to use. I hope to get more and increase production.

I can only say that the product was delivered on time and seems to be a nice product. I keep hoping one of my grown kids would come over and do the baking! I will up date review once I have actually used it.

Wrong order
I got two long baskets instead of one round and one long. Other than that, everything looks good quality. Just wish I got what I purchased.
