When reviewing these bags, I put a lot of weight in the cost. These are a quarter of the price of some of the high quality bags that I’ve purchased. Are these the heaviest weight and best made? No, but they are priced under $15. Given the cost they are great. I use these in my runner short distance trailer. It holds enough hay to go a few hours. I do love that it is very easy to load. It is much easier than rope hay nets. The larger hole is also better as they can eat more freely. I’ve seen the rope nets cause irritation on horses gums, but this one does not. You will need a clip to hold the two rings together as well as a hanging rope or bailing twine works too. Another thing I appreciate is that the single hole doesn’t allow as much hay to fly around. I don’t feel the need to trailer with masks. That’s a huge benefit for me too. M It’s a medium to light weight fabric, that has held up so far for me.
