Q: Is it ok for hand-wash use?

It's liquid so I would think so, YES! Just use very little. I use about 2 tablespoons for a full load in the washer and everything comes out just fine and smelling great! Good luck!

It does have a scent to it but not to strong. I really like the smell and it doesn't bother the baby!

I probably wouldn't recommend using for hand washing only, maybe if you had to from time to time
