LOVING these pots.There are other removable handle sets out there. There are two big ones that set these apart from the others:Full-bodu enameling - it's fully coated all the way around. Other brands you'll find have metal exposed on the bottom surface which leads to oxidation and staining (usually a dark sooty powder that easily runs off on anything it touches). These DO NOT have that problem since they are fully coated, including the bottom surface.This leads to the second but call out:Heat Tolerance: the other brands can take heat up to 450 F ish before the coating becomes compromised. These Redchef pots and pans are rated nearly double at over 850 F which allows them to coat the bottom of the pan.They look better, don't stain, and the handle is a breeze to use. Even when holding a pot of 4 cups cooked rice and holding over to tip it out, the handle was secure and it never felt loose or wobbly. The ha fle was comfortable enough in an adult male hand, but may feel bulky to the tiny-handed.There are reviews that show burnt handles... I don't see this being likely unless they're like my wife and put small pot on the giant gas burner. even then, to avoid that, just take off the handle before you send the cauldron to the flame.They're extremely functional, high quality, durable, look great and prices right. The pots are tapered, which helps with heating and flame distribution for the gas-oriented. The stackability is insane making a space saving solution to replacing your old and worn out non-stick set. If I had to gripe about anything is that the two Included lids don't cover all the pots/pans, so I had to use a stand-in lid for making rice in the pot.The utensils they provide are also nice! I was expecting some cheap adds to stuff the bullet list on the sales description; but the ladle and spatula are actual fantastic.So far so good! If I see anything worthy of a change, I'll come back and update..But I'm happy with these Redchef pots and pans!

This is hands-down the best cookware I've ever owned. I own an electric stove top and no matter what brand of cookware I've bought in the past, sooner or later (usually sooner) they seem to warp in an upward fashion in the middle, leaving a hot spot in the center of the pan/pot and a much lower temp around the edges. THIS cookware doesn't do that. Everything cooks just as it should. And while it is dish-washer safe, I find they clean up by hand in a heartbeat. It's a perfect set; although I have to add I'd like one more skillet in a larger size than either of the two that come with the set. Having said that, I would immediately buy it again, especially at this price!!!

Purchased as a gift for my mother-in-law and she has swapped out most of her pots and pans with these. The detachable handles make storing them very easy and has even used them as serving dishes right off the stove after cooking. Cleaning is simple and easy and are dishwasher safe. Key things I was looking for were that they were dishwasher safe and could go in the oven. Great purchase and I will consider getting a set for myself in the future!

I love these pans! They are so non stick eggs and grilled cheese just became easy to make again. The lids really hold in the food, no boiling over, abs then the plastic lids make it so easy to put your left over away. Really great product. I'll be buying more from this line of cookware!

I love this set of pots and pans. They seem to cook evenly. They clean up great too. The only thing I don’t like are the handles. They scorch very easily. Both the front burners on my stove are power burners. Even on the lowest setting they will scorch the handles if I’m not paying attention to it.. It seems they would have thought of this and made some changes in the material used for the handles. The one thing I do like about the handles is since they detach from the pots and pans, the storage is so simple and take a lot less space than pots and pans with handles.

So far so good! I’ve been using my cookwear for more than 2 months and I love the idea of attachable handle, so convenient, it saves so much space.its a good quality also, I cook eggs for breakfast every morning and they hardly stick, just need to preheat and follow the instructions of usage. For the safety I don’t wash them in the dishwasher. Easy to hand clean.

I purchased these pans for my RV. I am so amazed by them. Nothing sicks, so no after meal scrubbing. The handle is easy to use and store. I have not experienced any warping or scratches although I do use non-metal utensils when cooking as well as the provided felt inserts for storage.

Great cookware. My husband kept using metal on Mt T-fal, so I got ONE, and trained him not to use metal on it for 6 months.( I also ribbed and said it costed much more than it did.)He hates handwashing, but loved the 8 inch skillet that is STILL nonstick so much, he handwashed it.I just bought the whole set. He's so happy!His eggs REALLY don't stick to the pan if you follow the rules.
