Product arrived in really nice packaging. It felt nice and well designed. Inside is the brush in a small carrying case with two clips and the charging block and cord. The travel case is really nice with a good texture and zipper. Lightly lined to protect the brush from scratches.Device powered on and heats up quickly. Directions were easy to follow in plain English.As this is a portable brush and does not require it to be corded, it would be nice if the case was slightly larger to accommodate the block and cord. 30 min battery life is good for 1-2 uses depending on hair type and length so it would be necessary to bring the cord and block in the same case.

I’m Hispanic and have wavy shoulder length hair. I thought it would have been simple to use and work like I’ve seen on ads ….but it didn’t ! After several attempts, I had to return this item and still in search of one that is wireless, portable and heats up for the …on- the-go me ! This product left my hair dry , frizzy & wavy even after I had applied a heat protector to my hair~it did NOT look so good😫. Definitely a no for me, sorry!

It works as advertised. Once it heats up, the fact that it's cordless makes it really easy and convenient to use. You can get close to the scalp with any burning, and stays hot more than long enough for my medium length fine hair. However, I found it best to refresh a blowout rather than rely on it to straighten air-dried 3b/c curly hair. I would recommend as part of your styling arsenal - not as a stand-alone product.

Have not use it yet but it appears to be really great quality. Packing is top tier. As soon as I use it, I will follow-up with how well it works.

This cordless hair straightener comes beautifully packaged. It is well made and durable quality. I like that it is cordless and travel sized. As far as functionality, it didn't hit the mark for me. I have pretty thin hair, and this took longer for me to straighten it than a normal straightener. The bristles in the brush also do not glide through my hair smoothly like a comb should. May be better suited for different hair types.

Usually I am impressed with TYMO products, I have tried many and been happy with them, but this one is a fail.It is quite small and would be great for travel, if it actually worked well, that is.My hair is shoulder length, very light wave and not super thick. Typically I can have it dried and straightened within 10 min using my regular hair dryer brush/straightener combo.That wasn’t the case with this one. It barely does anything. I think it’s due to the way the brush bristles are made, it’s just too stiff and doesn’t catch the hair the way it should,It seems to heat up fast but the heat isn’t dispersing through the brush the way it needs to in order to straighten the hair.Hard pass.

I am giving it one star just because there is not a zero star option.I think this is my first Amazon review ever, after using it daily and being a Prime member since forever, but I really had a terrible experience and would like to prevent other people to go through this.This brush burned my hair! It barely touched it and the sound it made let me know that something was very wrong. The strip of hair where I used it looks and feels different, burned!I read the instructions, which are very basic and used the bush as indicated.It happened at the lowest heat setting. Imagine if I used anything higher!I am devastated.I should have a compensation.
