Apparently these IVITA Full Body Silicone Reborn Baby Doll Newborn Baby Dolls are collected by adults. I had never seen them before.Some people find dolls a bit creepy and certainly my teen granddaughter who used to love her dolls was slightly put off. However, the moment the 18 month old saw her ,she held out her arms for her "baby". Now she loves her baby, feeds her with another doll's bottle and being 10 inches, the doll is perfect for her cuddles. It's a joy to behold.I was surprised by the extra sets of eyes included and concerned when I saw from other reviews that the eyes have popped out. We haven't experienced this but I am keeping a wary eye (forgive the pun) on them. Granddaughter has shown no inclination to pull out the eyes but you never know..The baby doll is very floppy and limbs stretch but then spring back into shape. She's a new but very welcome type of doll for our family,Recommended age from manufacturer is three, from our experience younger toddlers will also love them with the proviso that they are supervised.

I have mixed feelings with this item to be honest. I loved the idea of the open eyes and how life like it looks but being able to change the eyes, one makes it a bit creepy to me and two means they are somewhat loose and therefor making this a choking hazard for younger children. My daughters already have other similar dolls and the quality is okay in comparison. I also didn't get the bag included as listed.

Ordered for my 7 year old, she loves it. Good quality. Looks pretty realistic (although small) and has a weighty feel to it. It’s packaged nicely too so would work as a gift.I only knocked a star down because it comes with different coloured eyes you can change out. On the listing it shows a set of blue, green and brown but we received 2 blue eyes, 3 green eyes and one brown.

The first thing that surprised me about this Full Body Silicone Newborn Baby Doll is how small it is. It is 10 inches and therefore not a full scale baby doll. Yes, it's a newborn but a newborn would be at least 19 inches long. It is designed for a child to hold, rather than an adult. But it is so cute and very realistic, this baby doll looks real.It comes in a pink box, and inside that box is the doll and the extras inside a plastic bag, with an elegant bow. You receive two pairs of extra eyes so you can change the babies eye colour. Also included is a doll blanket and a doll storage bag. The baby is dressed in a cute red outfit and an extra white poka-dot outfit was included.It's shocking how realistic this baby girl looks! Any child would love to receive this as a gift on their birthday or Christmas time. Look at the photos on the product page to see how well made this is.The baby can be bathed and finished with baby powder. Towel dry gently afterwards.IVITA reborn baby has beautiful blue eyes, but their eyes can't blink or close. Hand applied eyelashes and hand painted details are on their fingers and toes. The skin is super soft but doesn't feel like real skin (it is silicone after all) and is of course cold to the touch.I would highly recommend this product to an adult doll collector or for your child. It is super cute and realistic. Made of soft silicone, it should be allergy free. It is a quality item at an affordable price.

The doll arrives in a box, wrapped in cellophane gift wrap, in a red outfit, not the pink outfit. And inside is the blanket and a little pouch containing spare eyes. There is not the doll storage bag mentioned on the listing, unless is the cellophane wrap they are referring to?The doll itself is full body silicone, so despite very small size is quite weighty. All limbs are very flexible. You can see the joins down the sides of the body, but only when you look closely.The big downside for me is that the eyes just pop out, so this is not suitable for small children at all as they are very small eyes and easy to pop in a childs mouth, if it was not for this my little niece would have loved it.I'm not a collector of these dolls and never having seen one before so I have no idea on pricing or quality comparison. I do wonder where you get clothes to fit also? It is not cheap (£39 at time of review) and the removable eyes have really put this on a downer for me, but if you are collector maybe you will think it is great.

The realness is great! It's actually so weird to see something so realistic so small. Because it's silicone it's weighty and soft and floppy like a real baby!It's great until you drop it and everything and anything sticks to it! My daughter did wash it in the sink and it just feels sticky ever since 👎🏼The eyes are really good how they're interchangeable and give it the realistic look 👌🏼I don't think it warrants £40 though, maybe £30 would be more appealing.
