No it is to thin a puppy would definitely chew threw it. You should give puppy those big real food bones to chew on, it will last longer then plastic and solicone.

Q: Can this hold a Dr. browns bottle?

Yes! We have used this on multiple bottles to teach our Little to self feed, and to make it easy to hold!!
