I’ve bought five total and I can tell you why. Soo people are having issues with the device breaking when clearly there’s a warning before you put the two together it explains that bending the phone too far will break the charger port. When taking it out just bend it enough to get your fingers in there. Secondly some are saying the battery has died and even lose it’s charging power. Here’s why it’s a smart battery so you have to let charge fully or every time it will deplete further and would feel like it’s charging to fast. Thirdly people are saying it’s heavy. Well it has recharging capabilities like a car battery they are somewhat heavy. Now congratulations on your new device and just because you read this you’ll probably have a better experience.

Stopped charging the phone 2 days after the return window closed. How convenient.When I plug the charging cord into the case it will now only charge the case. Initially when I first got it , it would charge the case and the phone together. Now I have to take the phone out of the case and charge it seperately. The case will still charge the phone after I press the button but if I left it in the case on the charger , the phone battery would die.

I really love it! It does take a while to charge but the battery last for a while! I have two cases this way while one is getting charged the other one is being used, this has saved me at trips multiple times especially at Disney where there isn’t many places to charge your phone and on long flights!! I love it! 100000% recommend! Also it’s very comfortable to hold!

This product does not work. When I push on the power button it comes on then goes off, this is after charging the product for over 8hrs. I will advise folks not to buy this product. I will return this product and request a refund

After using this for a month, I have noticed my battery life on my phone has went down. It will not hold a charge for very long now. Other then that, the case has worked great when I needed it. It fits well on my phone, but may seem alittle bulky.

I've have several of these over the years, and for the price, they can't be beat. They last several months to a year. But I've bought three in a row lately that will accept a charge, the blue lights indicate a full charge, but it will not charge my phone. I've returned all three. I'm willing to try & buy again because Amazon allows free returns, and if I finally get another good one, it's a keeper. If you're not willing to try them and return, don't bother. That said there aren't many battery case options out there for an iPhone 13. They are all the same product but with a different name.
