Toner
Does the job. Plug an Rj45 directly in to one side and you can Bell out the cable with a strong tone. Very good item

After about 5 years + my maplins (remember them) one gave up. THis is a brilliant replacement and proved its worth a few times

Good tone tester. Works well and has a nice case with it. I've not used the additional cables in it as I only use it for tracing network cables but overall a good product with no frills.

Cheap, but does the job very well.
Attach the crocodile clips to a dead electric cable and with the tracker, holding down the button, you can find out what electrical accessories are on a circuit and where the wires go. Saves time. Comes in a soft case that is OK except perhaps it is a little too large to fit efficiently into a tool bag/box. Could have done with something a little more compact. But, as I tend to do with all such devices, A thick woolly sock does the job as well and takes up little space. Also comes with a set of ear phones that allows you to hear the bleeps more clearly, especially if working in a noisy environment.

Works perfectly
Good kit product worked perfectly. The Crock-clip RJ11 lead is very flimsy but I jus made a better one up as this will be is main use. Good value

Good
It's good but will not detect signal throught thinking and is easily distracted buy other signal wiring. Don't be put off. I use this in the automotive field so I needed to make sure everything is disconnected including battery so the signal that is generated from equipment is pure.

Poor accuracy
The toner tool is not very accurate. It didn’t help me do what i wanted it to do which was to find which cable went where. I had more luck with a battery and led bulb (improvised tracer device.

Keine Bedienungsanleitung auf deutsch. Auch nicht beim Hersteller. Piept wenn es Gras sieht. Aber nicht am Begrenzungsdraht. Wer seine Zeit verplempern will sollte es kaufen.
