What a fantastic paint brush set. This set comes in a professional and very good quality zip case. Perfect for travelling and home use. The case also comes with a brilliant feature for the brushes to stand up in an easel display, making painting and selecting brushes very easy. The brushes have a lovely handle which are very comfortable to hold. The brush bristles are excellent quality, lovely and thick and very smooth. There is a great selection of brushes, different sizes and shapes to create different painting techniques. I use these brushes for watercolour paints which they are perfect for. They are fantastic quality that I am sure they would be ideal for acrylics, oils and gouache. These brushes are ideal for beginners as well as professional artists. I am delighted with my Mont Marte paint brush set and would highly recommend them as a good quality paint brush set.

As a beginner to acrylic painting I'm loath to buy very expensive brushes while I'm still learning and practicing techniques. I've been extremely disappointed with other makes of brushes as they've been rock hard right from the start and pretty much unusable. These brushes are so much better - lovely and soft and thick. My one-stroke skills have greatly improved and I'm painting with more enjoyment and confidence.

I've tested these brushes out with watercolours and gouache and they are lovely!! The case makes it so easy to organise and store the brushes.The set has various brush shapes so you can use different techniques - with sizes ranging from larger brushes you can use for washes to smaller brushes you can use for detailing.The price is a steal for this many brushes and the quality is great - the brushes are so soft and I haven't experienced any shedding/going out of shape.
